There are some oldies in there Johny, a lot of those big old XP Huskys have not been used for donkeys years , I fueled them up and with a few pulls they were away. Our lads wont use them because they are heavy by todays standards so I am going to flog a load of them.

I have been looking at the bills coming in for some of the bits to repair the ones I have started on and other than some of the bigger saws they are not economical repairs. At least 75% of them are going to get broken for spares, that or I start buying some of the non genuine plastics, barrels and clutch assemblies.

I am still looking for a big saw either stihl of husky 70-90cc with a 28"" + bar for occasional use, if anyone wants to rehome one Happy to pay a fair price or contribute to the Children's Trust. Happy to buy power unit only then I can go shopping at chainsaw bars.

Most seized saws can have the cylinders cleaned up and do have a long reliable life afterwards, done many like this with a very good success rate and keeps the rebuild cost down to something sensible.
