What's on your bench today?

:thumbup1:On my bench today, MS250, wouldn't turn over completely and felt rather rough when hand turning. Removed exhaust to find things rattling around in it. Dismantled engine to find wrecked piston and three balls missing from clutch side bearing! Surprisingly pot and conrod ok.

Was it MyHermes? In my experience, they are as much use as tits on a fish. :001_rolleyes:

They once delivered me a spraygun and it looked like it had been run over by the van it came in :001_rolleyes: The seller sent me a new one by Parcelforce next day delivery so they may as well have done that in the first place and saved us both some trouble and themselves some money.

They had a hedgetrimmer for a month that I had bought on Ebay until the seller retrieved it and sent it by Parcel Force who delivered it in 2 days. :001_rolleyes:

I have no bench but my grass is my workshop:I managed to start the sachs dolmar 114 after I posted in another thread. In the absence of a bar chain and clutch cover I have had it ticking over to get the residual oil out of the system. It runs well but with no av I wouldn't be able to use it.

Anyone hazard a guess on the age?
