I believe Spirit of Salts (used for cleaning limescale in toilets) is 32% Hydrochloric Acid. Sold in hardware shops

Yes it is but quite expensive, I find a cheaper source is from car valet suppliers. 5 Gallon HCl £15, or 1 gallon £5. You need gloves and goggles for this stuff as it smokes when you take the top off.

Not being funny but what the hell are car valeters doing with Hydrochloric acid:confused1:

The stuff will burn through most man made fabrics!

got to say you are sort of right. it is a cracking little saw, plenty of grunt, and the heated handles did feel nice. cutting full bar lenth without a problem. but yes one design fault would be the boot connection to the cylinder.

but i would still pick up a stihl without question im affraid.:001_tt2:

I'll swap you my MS260 for your 346 if you like. :001_smile:

For de-scaling steam cleaners. regular maintenance on Karcher steam cleaners, I do mine every couple of years, as I don't use every day.

I get mine from here Uk Valet Supplies - Detailing and Valeting Products Supplier
