if you don't know or use the tapered hinge, then you have no business critiquing my work. I wrote the book on it... see TCI mag July 2004..

 

I know about tapered hinges, but rarely use them, and never as a means of avoiding damage to a lawn.

 

Can I critique your work some more now?

Yes I do apologise, Maybe though it might get my point through.... There is going to be a lot of young arbs viewing this thread and think it's acceptable to go up 10 ft bottle the job or maybe not be arsed to do it properly try this and die.. That's my point Tim.

I don't see what the big problem is.:confused1:

 

What he did worked, and worked well surely that can't be denied!!

 

I wouldnt have done it the same way, but then if anyone followed what i do they could just as easily be harmed if that's what all the big palava is about.

Agree or not with Daniel's vids & techniques,I find the (for want of a better way of putting it) P%ss taking posts that pop up now & then,(as above),very offensive,to the extent that my peacefull demeaner would desert me,make your point, fine,but ganging up to discredit is pathetic,you know who you are.

My point made I shall sit back,but leave me out of the insults I urge.:001_smile:
