Energy drinks.

At the momment i am harvesting (corn carting) weather permitting i work up to 14 hours a day,come 7 o,clock the old eyelids get very heavy,to combat this i drink relentless (green can), can anyone recommend a better one apart from red bull (way overpriced).

Just get kick/boost whichever the cheap brand in the shop is, its all the same imo, kick is a 1ltr bottle for about 70p or something along those lines anyways, tastes the same as redbull just a different bottle/can, add proplus too, works for me when doing days and nights.

You could go all natural and eat the right foods. I think pasta and bananas are good. Drinks give you an instant high which does not last you need something that realeases for a few hours.

 

I'd agrre with that.

 

Used to wash pro plus down with red bull type drinks when it was really busy and it made me feel rough as. I find eating little and often tends to help and as much as I struggle to do it, eating breakfast does make a difference.

 

Looks like it's finally stopped rainign now - best go do some work.
