God bless these little beauties, steady 12 builders bags every week, with a bit of a rush next week due to the predicted heatwave. Beech and ash mixed

The Italian who owns the pizzeria that burns my logs insist on kiln dried beech, 15" long logs.

Depends who they are- the S African customers like ash and any fruit wood, the rest take what I give them:biggrin:-were are not professional log merchants just tree surgeons looking after our clients

It's quite interesting to see others supplying the food trade up until last year we never really had a market during the summer.

 

Now smoking wood and pizza ovens are becoming trendy we sell lots of fruit wood so much so I'm struggling to replenish stock some want cord others chunks and a few logs. Just need to find a market for Apple chip wood now
