I finally made the decision to get shot of the Triumph and get what I really wanted in the first place, I was never happy with the Triumph.

Arrived today, certainly loud enough :) can't wait for the weather to improve.

Just found a pic of my heavily modified VFR 750FK ....... TTS 837cc big bore kit CBR100 wheels ( extended primary drive shaft to bring the sprockets in line ) full stainless exhaust system ( made by me ) ans some other stuff . Very torquey machine that was .

Ah TTS - visited their machine shop when it was actually in Towcester, they also had a rather rapid drag-bike in the day!

I had a standard VFR on a F plate , red as well..but..lime green and pink air brushed wheels :biggrin:!! like it when it came to me..wonderful bits of kit. Last bike i had till i stopped riding was El Bandit ..air cooled old school. DSC00286.jpg.ebbbdb104eaae4a883f2fdc35cd98a76.jpg

Iv not owned a British Bike myself ... you need a £ or to for one these days ...how things change !

Get one of the new ones and you won't be owning a British bike anyway as they are made in Thailand, and it shows in the terrible build quality of them.
