Haven't posted on this thread for a couple of months so first up are a few beetles taken over the summer - in no particular order but one of them definitely wasn't welcome.

That's the one - and on my potatoes !  I'm sure Mr Dempsey knows them only too well (as Doryphore) !!!

out in the garden just now,meadow brown and holly blue 

You sure get some variations round your end Gary.... all i get is typical painted ladies, red admirals and shed loads of cabbage butterflies! [emoji30]

I was thinking colarado beetle and mentioning potatoes seems to confirm it. Still notifiable in the UK IIRC
