If its to hot, wear shorts, or jeans/combats. Its safer to wear them, than struggle on in hot chainsaw trousers imo.

what brand of type c ballistics do you find the coolest ?(temperature not posing, that'd be the red stretch airs:001_tongue:)

Just keep hydrated and do all the snedding if you can in the cooler part then change into jeans/fronts. I keep a drinks bottle on my harness although i have been looking at those hydration backpacks on treeworker.

If you are working in a garden, ask the owner to put a few buckets of water out or the hose, and take a "shower" every hour or so. Done it many times before...

I also have a 10 l jerrycan with water in the van, to wash up after the job, when its really hot.

Only if it can be justified on the risk assessment. If it gets warm enough to take second thoughts about pants, wear type As!
