i have had some logs nicked and i have the evidence on camera and more worryingly i know the culprits , one of which has been netting for the passed 9 months.

 

i have only just found out that this has happend and wonder if it has been occuring all along

Ring the police and INSIST that they do something about it. A customer of mine had a load returned after the police were given the numberplate of the thiefs car.

give the guy an invoice for the missing stock. if he denies it show him the evidence, if he won't pay up or work off the debt then beat him with a stick

You know him,he knows you,you want to work without grief like this,I would just play it down with a quiet word in this instance and see where it goes,you could give the old bill a heads up so its on record without pushing it further,you want it to stop without further agg.

If it continues then consider your options and the results of what you do.

Given that you know the culprit, take him to task over it and if you don't get anywhere.... 100% get the Police involved.

 

Why should you put up with it

 

I'm sick to death of seeing all the theft and robbery posts on here - people need to get a life and work for a living.
