i know about 2 dozen landy owners with them and they all rave about em,,

That is a good endorsement, anyone with a landy needs spanners but it might be because they haven’t tried anything better.

Once you have handled Facom (yes I am aware they are French:001_rolleyes:) you won’t want to use anything else.

OK they cost more but they do have a lifetime warranty. At least consider upgrading the ratchets.

All halfords pro stuff has lifetime warranty, just take your broken long lever bar with scuffs on the end where you have belted it with a hammer and stuck a scoffold bar on it and the spotty herberts in your nearest halfords will just give you a new one!!

all halfords pro range used to be manufactured by FACOM, don't know if it still is.

i bought the £50 set last week.....doesn't seem as good quality as the older stuff i've got.

The 3/8 ratchet broke on the first day, taking the rear seats out of the Transit.

But, as long as its got a lifetime guarentee.....who cares.

They may try and fob you off if you don't take the reciept...press on...the give in in the end....
