is that climber / arborist or tree sugeon vs groundie pay ?.i dont think there is a skill differance to be honest,

a climber is worth more than a groundie because his skill level and equipment is much higher. but a climber is only as good as his groundie in rigging operations etc. hence a slightly higher rate for a climber.
