Getting hi-viz clothing clean.

Here's one for you. Has anyone got any success stories about getting hi-viz clothing clean. Or, after first use in the rain with greasy tree type muck are they destined for the grebby scruffy look straight away.

Main reason for asking is I have some stretch air hi-viz yellow trousers and only worn them once in a wet woodland, put them straight in the wash and they have cone out about the same as they went in. Followed care instructions and used top name brand detergent. At £255 per pair I wouldve thought they may have come clean after first wear.

I will just admit that I was advised (obviously wisely) by Dean Lofthouse that hi-viz gear looks quite scruffy, quite quickly.

Anyway. Any ideas?

Can't get mine clean.I bought a £200 Pfanner Jacket because I thought I would be safe on the roadside, not to mention it would have been wicked at any Raves in the Woods.Alas after a short while it became dull and dirty and I was once again back to wrapping myself in Baco Foil and dancing with Glow Sticks.

Shame really. The Jacket had nice pockets.
