Yea that the bit, is the chrome wear out a bit & pushes in too much fuel so I was told.

 

Chainge of bit seems to have done the trick.

 

Whats that old saying..if it aint broke don't fix it? never had much trouble with the old carb's myself. Price of progresion some times I guess..

What about the Solo? Has APbell given a report yet?

 

Yeah Rich it has been a great saw so far . It has got the power in standard form although Ive had mine ported . Only draw back would be where you clip your strop to the saw . This area is quite thin and most of my krabs would not fit the hole . Had use a small sling to clip the strop to . Ticks over all day cuts good well balanced . I think the amount of work reg does he would require a good parts back up . This is something that has yet to be tested .:thumbup:

 

Ive got one 338 for sale working and one for spares ?
