You've not said what it's off, I'm guessing a top handle saw as they tend to just get sharpened in situ.

It is a huskvarna 135 l have hd 3 chain on might have been a bit tight at times, chain moves quite feelt does sem to stick every now and again.

It's not my saw. I was just offering a suggestion as to the cause of wear

Three chains is probably about right for the amount of wear, I would hope to manage more before replacing the drum.

 

Because the drive link is bottoming out it will be slightly deformed which may make it feel tight in the bottom of the bar groove  when you pull it round manually.

To be honest, your doing well to get three chains worth of life out of a Husqvarna 135 !

 

Assuming the saw and bar is OK, I'd clean up the bar, get the rails flat and true and replace the chain and sprocket. The problem is these parts wear together.  An worn sprocket will mess up a new chain, a messed up chain will mess up the new sprocket.
