Who We Want

We are looking for a sales hunter, not an order taker. Someone who thrives on closing high-value deals, crushing quotas, and making an impact.

• Flawless, accent-neutral English (C1+ or native-level).

• Proven SaaS sales experience (at least two years in a fast-paced environment).

• Elite cold caller and closer – Confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections, and relentless in follow-ups.

• Master of product demos – Knows how to present software in a way that gets prospects excited and ready to sign.

• Self-motivated and results-driven – You do not wait for instructions; you find ways to win.

• Industry expertise is a huge plus – If you have experience in arboriculture, tree care, landscaping, or the green industry, we want to talk to you first.

• Comfortable in a high-performance, competitive environment – You see quotas as a challenge, not a burden.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own the sales process – From cold outreach to signed contract, you control the deal.

• Book and run high-impact demos – No boring presentations; your demos will drive excitement and close deals.

• Smash your targets – Consistently exceed KPIs and revenue goals.

• Work with warm and cold leads – You will have a mix of inbound and outbound, but your mindset is always to hunt and close.

• Track performance and optimize your approach – Use data, feedback, and experience to sharpen your pitch and increase conversions.

• Build long-term relationships – Turn customers into loyal partners and referral sources for future deals.

I've got the approved voice for it, my pronunciation is so flipping received.

Think I'll stay as a humble ex tree bloke turned chipper sales bloke with a Yorkshire/Midlands/Brummie accent. Just the power language and buzz words of the advert would make me think that they will struggle to fill the position with a long term appointee. Marketing Managers speak is just so off putting!
