I've a feeling the current lot for lack of a better word, have got to milk the system for everything they can, 35k a month pension for sir two tier kier if the radio is to be believed.

As I think none of them have much chance of reelection or even a cushy advisory job as that would probably be a nail in the coffin of anyone including a trade union job!.

Landmark like a oil tanker hitting a sandbar ?.

I wonder if two tier had to take rishi along to get the deal through with the father in law ?.

I don't often defend our current government, but it seems that in reality this is a very common practise and already applies to many countries including all EEA countries, Norway, Canada, Australia, Japan, US, Korea, New Zealand and many others.  In other words most of the developed world.

Next time I need to employ someone I will look for a foreigner!

As will many, and thats the problem. Although the english have largely bought this on themselves for being lazy and entitled. Foreigners have a better attitude to working in general, at least first generation immigrants do for the first couple of years. They quickly find out they don't have to flog themselves to death to earn a weeks wage.

My interpretation of the numbers I saw were that Reform made massive gains but almost entirely at the expense of the Conservatives.

Labour didn't appear to lose much which surprised me given how shite they have been. Was this because people don't share my opinions of them or because they cancelled the elections in the areas they thought they would lose? They may not have cancelled but I read they had.

TBH I try not to take too much notice because it saddens me to see how utterly shite the whole lot of them are and that it seems to just be a great big scam to line their own pockets while doing feck all of any use.
