Have to say I never get sick of them! However do eat pasta from the previous eve if there is some left over and really notice the difference when climbing!

 

When I worked in Brazil we had rice and beans every lunch time. Came with meat and veg and was kept warm in a thermos thing and have to say that was the muts aswell. Only prob was getting up at 5am to make it lol!

In summer I make more effort. Usually along the lines of pitta bread and dips, all home made of course. Hummous is a speciality of mine, but I also do a mean salsa, Tzatziki, and of course sweet chilli !! All are fiery and hot.

 

In winter maybe a fry up on site. Recently I've gone back to sandwiches though, I like the reassurance of a ready to go meal that I can eat while driving home in the rain!
