Made up a new head board from some ash we milled years back and is now in the way … have 4 boards left £250 takes the lot!

The base. Less sure about the spalted bit. Thought it could have been the same because it’s turned and finished but not mega surprised it’s different. I don’t think I’ve seen Robinia spalt. That’s not to say it can’t. I could guess the common spalters for the mushroom but the grain looks too coarse for them.
