Ouch eggs, been in the wars?

Tripped over last night leaving my mates house, wouldn’t mind but I hadn’t had a drink because I was driving back, five hours up the hospital, one wrist in plaster and a cracking black eye from face planting my self.

So it's more of an age thing then!

Joking aside a broken wrist will be debilitating, suppose you'll be on light duties for a while, 6 weeks is it?

Oh man, don’t think that is what is meant when they say do a break fall.

only had a plastercast on once, when it came off my wrist and hand after 6 weeks it looked like it belonged to someone else, all strength and muscle gone, it soons build back up but it did surprise me.

Speedy recovery eggs.

I feel for you. I broke mine in July on a Sunday riding my bike. had surgery on the Monday afternoon to put it back together. 1 plate 8 screws hold it together.

6 weeks signed off. The. Something like 3 months of doing physio and light work. Still hurts still not as strong as it was.

Hopefully without the surgery you should heal quicker.
