One of my men has been off for 5 days, back in tomorrow. Been glamping at Southport. I had assumed drowned bog rat scenario but he says it's been really good.

I think that was about bottom limit of dry over the wk end, but 12/14 miles SE of Southport they had 40mm of rain Friday and another 12mmsat morning, one if my daughters don't live far from Southport and when I spoke to her Sunday she said it hadn't rained much, 10 miles in land from us rain from 4pm Thurs till Sat morning,,

Morning all,

 

Misty here, off to cut another laurel hedge. I'll try not to slip on wet leaves this time!

 

Think my wife is sensible, still in bed. Dog has had breakfast and back on her day bed.
