Ash isn't it?  As soon as those leaves open properly it will be as clear as day.

Look a bit like alternating buds to me though? Which would count ash and hc out, hc being my guess with those curving ends to the branches.

With those slender points to the leaf stalks, could it not be a Rhus of some type?

What height is it?

Good point: if the OP can check for the remnants of huge sticky buds that would confirm Horse Chestnut.

Agreed . There is a bit of conifer showing in the top r/h corner .

I was thinking a Wingnut or Bean tree. 

 

I was sent another picture. 

 

The tree in the background is a Hawthorn. 

 

Think the tree stands at around 5m tall with a 4m spread.
