Ash isn't it?  As soon as those leaves open properly it will be as clear as day.

Good point: if the OP can check for the remnants of huge sticky buds that would confirm Horse Chestnut.

Sorry its not a great picture but sent by the client. 

 

I was thinking a Wingnut or Bean tree. 

 

I was sent another picture. 

 

The tree in the background is a Hawthorn. 

 

Think the tree stands at around 5m tall with a 4m spread.

So you told them the first image wasn’t good enough and this was the best they could come back with? 😂
