Asda, Waitrose and even the occasional Aldi.

It's not the shop but the two tier prices, normal price Vs heavily discounted clubcard prices scheme they introduced.

I have always used my club card so it really makes no difference to me.

I spend more than I ever would in Tesco when shopping in Aldi or Lidl, far too many seasonal goodies. I just go crazy in there buying everything up. 🤣

Dont have a Waitrose or M&S Foodhall local or I’d be in there.

Asda. 🤮

Oh I have one like most people, it's just the dual price thing they started last year I appose and now refuse to shop or use the card.

If a shop wants to give me reward points fine, sell my data fine, just make shopping a level no BS playing field.

I really don’t understand your stance but it’s a free country so they say.

You either pay the market price as you would in the other stores or you use your card if you’d like it cheaper. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have, I’m not sure calling the people of the area scum is the way to sort the problems out.

Just watched the video, and I agree he is a bit of a pillock.  But to be fair to him he is trying to do practical things to make the streets safer.  More police, CCTV, etc.  Actually it all looks rather tame compared to some parts of my home town...

OK, we all know the real solution is much more deep rooted, and as has already been said in this thread is parenting.  And I would suggest peer pressure, lack of discipline in schools, etc, etc.  But let's be honest: no politician of any colour has got a clue how to fix the real problems.

Apart from Cobridge the areas he’s talking about aren’t bad, the irony is, he’s stood outside a block of council flats in Tunstall that have been condemned under his watch.
