Hi,

I’ve got a large pile of felled trees that either needs to be cut into rings or processed into firewood.  Access is good for a transit sized van or similar.

A forum member did the work having contacted me via PM. His username is Nickc but it looks like he’s not been active on the forum for a couple of years.

What a cluster****************.

You really haven’t thought this through, have you?

Wasn’t done under my instruction, trying to make the best of a bad job. There are eight mature trees in that large pile.

There are four other trees which have been stripped and are just the trunk they are laying separately elsewhere.

When you see something like that you always wonder what the story is, it's like someone has done half a job and deliberately left it awkward for next person.
Unpaid bill?

Bloke off facebook who "used to work for the forestry mate"?

Farmers son from next door?

Going by the size of the timber they must've used machinery to move it. Probably dragged the logs through the mud for good measure too :001_huh:

If you were local I would do it no bother, but I'd need to know I was actually going to be paid

Infact if you were round here you could have that on gumtree as 'firewood - buyer collects'!! :laugh1:
