Less than 6 months old and the heel has started falling apart. Looks like it's crumbling. Not related to walking as its a few mm above anything that would contact the floor.

I got Andrews as Meindl soles fell apart if the wind blew the wrong direction. Can't say this is impressive

Every pair I've had has done this, usually keep them going for a year before relegating them to standby pair if best are soaked or it's a lot of ground work as well. Can't get on with Haix, too much padding at the bottom of the tongue, takes the top of my toes off.

I seldom wear my woodwalkers now, they are pushing 10 years old. I have just checked the joint between the boot and the vibram sole and no sign of cracking yet. Like @Stubby I won't be buying more, indeed I doubt I will buy any ppe replacements.

Think these will be the last pair of saw boots i buy as well but you never know, my go to every day boots are a pair of meindl Dovre (not the high ones) i give em a dose of Hoggs boot care dubbin about 3 times a year and they are doing well bought back in 2013 for £230 so they are looking like a very cheap pair of boots in the ling run,,,

The reason I wont be buying any more shit is because I have 4 x pairs of strides 2 X pairs of boots 6X saws 2X strimmers and lots of other associated gear and I am nearly 70 years old and everything I have will probably outlast me 🙂

not if they are made by andrews according to this post . 😁
