Jining Vote diggers and forklifts - any good?

I am currently looking for a replacement rough terrain forklift or maybe telehandler.  I noticed a brand I had never heard of with amazing looking value machines including a useful looking forklift for a price that makes you wonder if it is a scam.

Anyone got any knowledge of or experience of Jining Vote machinery.  They are Chinese of course, and don't appear to have a UK dealer, but if you can really get a 3.5ton four wheel drive forklift brand spanking new for under £10,000 it might be worth trying.

ENGINEThe excellent reliability and easy maintenance of the off-road forklift engine make them feel ...

Price is right , it looks well, but no dealership, no parts back up, Engine, transmission, oil pumps, and every thing else will be of low grade/quality, What could go wrong ??,, Best example of Chinese engineering i have seen was a new Siromer tractor my mate bought for a scraper tractor, he thought it would of done the job for 10yrs, but how wrong he was, 2 years and it was fooked, used oil, rear wheel rims dropping apart, hydraulics about goosed, this is a few years ago now, so he just got rid and bought a old ford 3000 and that does the job and will be still doing it in ten years, There is some mini diggers called Rino and you get a 1,5 tonne digger for 6k ish company who my brother in law works for had one on trial for a week, he said it wasent much faster that a barrow n spade, You get what you pay for in this day n age, best addvise i could give you is go and but a old sanderson fork lift as at least it wont take much fixing if it does go wrong and parts will be available,,,but its your money and your choice how you spend it, china needs another 10 yr yet at least,,,

I tend to agree with everything you say, and none of my kit that works well is cheap.  What has prompted me to look is that my Sanderson has just snapped a half shaft and it looks as if I won’t find a replacement.

I very much believe in getting the best kit possible, but sometimes one gets tempted by a bargain.

Please correct me if i am wrong but is your sanderson not based on a David brown 990, if so getting a half shaft wont be a problem at all,

Ah thanks for that, I was not aware of a link to David brown tractors, I will investigate.  It is actually a stub axle that has snapped not a half shaft - my mistake.

The engine and gearbox I am told is ford and has never given any trouble, but so far we have failed to match up this axle.
