Must be non-smoker and have basic experience and driving licence.

Full time position, paid hols, pension, PPE and training provided

Can you legally exclude smokers? By all means exclude them at the interview stage though. 🤣

Why the “Strictly” no smoker ? Is it because they want to waste 10 minutes every hour smoking , or because it tempts you back to the dark side of temptation ? [emoji23]

Lots of us don't have the protection of contracts, most of my contracting work is organised on the phone, if someone wanted to bin me I wouldn't have a leg to stand on. I'd guess lots of jobbing arborists are in the same boat?

 

All together different if you (I) are working for a big firm.

If I put ‘non smoker’ in my adverts I’d be waiting a long time for anybody.
Just thinking back nearly all my climbers made/make those ones they do themselves.
