1. Industry guidance - has no direct legal status, that is contained in the Work at Height Regulations (but it is guidance endorsed by HSE, the workplace regulator.)

2. Some time ago.

Not sure 'what else' I might have answered with.

You were online for a while after I’d asked last night. It’s half way through Monday now.

How long ago did you last climb a tree?

Alright. You were here two hours ago and still didn't answer the question I asked last night. Let's try a different one. What's your legal expertise?

Now that's a more pertinent question. The AA would look pretty silly having their representatives giving public legal advice if said representatives were not both qualified and insured to give such advice. I will read the answer to that question with interest.

Come on, Paul. How long ago?

i don’t think it’s relevant, it’s also coming across as a bit childish.

there’s a very real possibility that paul was in the industry while you were still a twinkle in the postman’s eye

I'm no legal expert but I do understand the basis of H&S regulations being H&S qualified.

(Please don't be confused by my log-in remaining active, I don't usually log out of the site, perhaps I should.)

More detail please. What did becoming H&S qualified entail? Besides that, what else do you know about the law here, things like the arrangement, hierarchy and context of the various parts of it?

And when was the last time you climbed a tree?
