CBD oil.

I had knee surgery last year due to a torn meniscus. The scan showed that I have a fair bit of arthritis, I'm 44 so I'm playing catch up.

We're blessed with defective bodies.

It do bud , it do . So sorry for you . I am retired  from full time cutting  ( as you know ) but it still needs " managing " . Its the night time that's the bugger . During the day you can sorta " make do and mend " but trying to sleep with left shoulder hurting , right shoulder hurting left hip hurting and right knee hurting is a fcuking challenge ! The only thing I don't get now is the cramp at night in my fingers from gripping a saw all day . Got to be thankful for small mercies together with Ibuprofen and Co-codamol . I freekin' hope we get our reward in heaven bud 😄

Here’s my current state of play. Triple fracture in the tibia 3 weeks ago. 5 pins and a plate popped in to fix it up.

I got one like that only with more screws . Amazing innit .

I have heard that strong doses of some supplements can make a good effect on arthritis. I think it takes some persistence with it. The below article has some explanation. Trouble with off the shelf supplements is they are usually very low doses.

My old man (77) has had some success with supplements of good quality without drugs. But it needs to be good strong doses. A lot of doctors won't tell you to take supplements, only drugs. Would rather use something a little bit more natural. But I  understand why one would need to relieve the pain any way possible.

See if this could help.
