I struggle with bad hands and dont like anti vibe gloves and I've seen a few people using tape on the wrap around handle of saws and was wondering is it just bike handlebar tape or what??

Try heat shrink, available in adhesive or without,  put whatever you think on first on handle ( rubber hose etc) then choose heat shrink that fits over easily and heat with a heat gun or hair drier, available from electrical suppliers

What machines are you using? What vibe levels? With hedgecutters i've switched to cordless. Also for small stuff - cordless saws. Gloves don't help and prob tape not much. My grip affected.

Studies were done on this. Sadly, wrapping doesn't do much. Gloves neither, unless they're so thick as to compromise grip. I've tried pipe lagging, half inch thick. Did help a little, but not worth the loss of ergonomics.

I put some on one of my saws. Nice handlebar tape that’s made from cork apparently. Made a little difference. Not huge but took the edge off one of the vibes on one of the older saws that has poor AV by modern standards. Can’t go wrong for a few quid from Amazon.

Are your hands cold? Heated handles are supposed keep the circulation going which is apparently a good thing against vibration sensitivity. That is one benefit of gloves too, unless of course they are just wet and cold.

But , as you say , with heated grips they won't be 👍
