Security / powerful torch

I’ve got a lenser head torch and agree is decent but just need something with some extra throw! Also strangely enough I’ve got the big Larry in my tool bag again decent but not a long enough throw  ? As mentioned before mag light have some good choices nowadays. I’ve gone with a clu-light clubrighter sport recommended by some of my shooting pals and will let you know of mi findings.

Would i ? 😏 if someone’s trespassing or breaking in ?? . It’s a pistol grip model that I will leave in the disco mostly to check the sheep / trespassing etc

As a bit of a torch nerd, I believe Led Lenser don't use constant current tech in their products. That is, brightness drops as the battery depletes, while most other "good" brands keep the same output until the battery is nearly dead. This used to be the case, it may have changed.

Fenix fan myself, I use a pd35 V2 everyday and it's pretty good, some of the Milwaukee range looks pretty good with magnetic bases and such like, bit of a deal on Amazon for a fenix tk16 V2 at the moment

Try looking at various shooting 'lamping' lamps, throw a hell of a beam.

 

I find the modern led lamps quite a concentrated light field compared to the old  bulb ones but the compact size and usually internal battery makes up for that.

 

Cluite make a decent torch at not bad money ( the cammo 1 above is a spit for my clulite)

 

Daft idea but u can now get Night Vison spotters for not a lot of money, so u could search for someone without them even knowing u were searching for them.

Hell if ur half decent with electronics u can make them fairly easily

Went with the clulight  clu- brighter sport. Had it about a week so far and really rate it 👍🏼
