I got my mates boy the same starter kit as Connie because he’s her best pal and as an outdoorsy farmers boy I thought they would like to practice together, as he’s round ours a lot anyway.

Unfortunately his kit arrived minus bowstring, which I’m sure Merlin will rectify tomorrow.

 

They had a mini comp with Connie’s kit, then we broke for a dog walk.

 

When we got back I gave him a quick go on my bow.

He’s 7.

 

A bit of a natural, last pic is after his 3rd shot.
