I have no idea without actually seeing it in action - once was doing a lot of sprocket tips ( 3) in a hardwood  Forestry job,  then went up a tooth on drive sprocket and it stopped happening 😳 K

I think you have got to start with a blank canvas mate . New bar , new powermate rim , new chain .  See what happens then .
