How about the screw thread! The invention if the screw thread lead to screws, bolts, nuts and they have held everything together allowing manufacturing to start a build the things that we use in every way today! In peace, love and war, for good things and bad, in food production and waste extraction, in the production of beer and PG Tips too! Many different sizes and strengths, left hand and right, to keep things together and hold them apart.

And some keep Ad blue systems running properly or not, sorry could not help it....

The light bulb makes an awful lot of things possible.

No. And without discovering tungsten wouldnt have worked for long. K
