The damage was done by myself so I'm the c##t 🤣
My reasons are I own the land and tree,, the oak has become that big it needs to be taken down, it's causing damage to my garages and surrounding houses and cars. No matter if I cut back the branches it will be come un stable words of 3 tree sergeons....so I went to have it removed but the local council have put an emergency pto on the tree [emoji19] causing me drastic action this was done before the order was in place.

So why are you posting this on here?

Best sit back and wait then. If you haven't broken any law it's your business.

You probably haven't killed it enough.

It will be dangerous tomorrow.

Next time use a chainsaw, not a spatula.

Well if the OP now goes and harms the tree further he had better hope that the local Tree Officer doesn't read this thread, as the evidence of the extra damage will be nicely presented.
