Is this tree going to die and dangerous

Hi I'm after some advice, is this oak tree dieing ? If so will it be dangerous any time soon? This was recently done in the last week.

If you want to be sure then I'd cut through it from the side furthest away from your house until your saw sticks in the cut. It'll definitely not live then, or be of any use driving mounted implements.

To see if I have done enough to get the tree removed, im not sure what kind of site this is??

Looks and sounds like he made out someone had dun it then when he's got all information on how it could live is now going to go and finish the job hopefully it will drop on his house car or head

A walk me mate am not lazy n far from it a buy live edge slabs but from trees that's fell or been taken down because of disease not healthy

Well if the OP now goes and harms the tree further he had better hope that the local Tree Officer doesn't read this thread, as the evidence of the extra damage will be nicely presented.
