im 28 and take a pack up. i take a tub of cereal with milk(seperately) and fruit then ive got my tub of rice with chicken or tuna etc wash that down with a couple of yogurts then maybe some nuts or crisps or a bit of chocolate for a quick snack if i fancy it, oh and i take a bottle of tap water to drink. my work mates comment that it must cost me a fortune, but they are the ones spending £40+ a week in the garage and only having a sarnie, crisps, energy drink and fags to show for it! i dont think mine comes to that much.

I'm 21, I take a packed lunch and flask to work year round and soup as well in the winter. I'm lucky enough to have a wealthy boss who buys the pop and occasional bacon sarnie (not wealthy from tree work i might add). I dont get why people bothere with red bull type drinks, i've never tried one but the smell makes me feel ill!
