That must have been a brown trouser moment Johny, I hope you weren't knocked about too much. Around here nutsnbolts (Vosa) would have been all over that incident like a rash, they would have checked out the trucks/drivers paperwork and the tractor/trailers roadworthiness.

That looks bad.  Hope you walked away from that physically unscathed.  I've been 2 near misses thst I remember and one crash in a tractor but nothing as bad as that. 

 

It's difficult to tell but it looks like the cab pillars are slightly distorted. If they are thats the end of that. If the insurance company want to sell it to you for less than you can get for selling it to Wilson's for a parts tractor do that.

Am I miss something but looks like all glass intact and miner damage to truck so how come they are possible righting it off.

Looks like cab frame distorted means tops/fops no longer valid

All I can see is damage to top of cab can't see how this has happened looking at how everything landed up, 

As for out of line looks like back window has moved on hinges, tractor cab need a direct hit to bend them which would mean mud guard bent and lights gone which in pictures all intact.

the cab hit 1 off the ribs on the tanker ,check pics
