Demo video of the small one

Look carefully and you can see a lot of material "splashes"sideways from the discharge as a symptom of the acute angle of the flap from the output chute. If it had a smoother profile much of that splatter would be smoothed out. Mod required to save you a lot of blowing and sweeping at tidy up.

Yeah I see what you mean, a nice curved swan neck instead. I'm just wondering what the catch is with the price?! The next size up isn't much more expensive either

Well it's 5hp and the next one up says for keen gardeners so that'll be the reason for price, not built for commercial use

well it looks loike i'm leaving the wee chipper klub as it's only been used twice this year and a mate wants to buy it. It's a Greenmech and is a gr8 bit of kit but needs to be used more. Oil put the money towards either a tractor or an Ifor Williams tipper trailer.

How did they get it in??

I delivered it and had a panic attack when I saw the jacked up truck with no winch, I pulled he pushed & straight in. No one was more surprised than me, it also has a brake on the tyres if required, weighs 220kgs.

How good are these wee chippers on hedge clippings and prunings?

Do you just need to be patient or do they need to be a bit more "woodier". To enable them to clear the chippings?
