I'm not mechanically minded like that haha. Just such hard work pushing the cs100 about

Anyone know why my CS100 makes a loud vibrating noise from blade/drum area? Only on max revs though. Took drum off today on site, all seems ok but still making noise when back together

Could be that the drum is fissuring at the welds.

Mine did this twice but in both cases the blades touched the anvil on full revs only.

Cracks are almost invisible to the eye, opening as they do only with the centrifugal force on max revs.
