I wanted to share my old wee chipper setup to inspire others! JoBeu M250 fit snugly into the back of a Kangoo, unloaded on ramps and 3-1 pulleys, can fire the chip into a mini Ifor tipper trailer, which had about 2.5 cubic metre capacity! Had this setup for a couple of years and did my proud!

Can't believe you left the infeed chute folding cover on:  I have bits of cartilege floating around both elbows because of the one from my M300.

Did you remove the three sided rectangle of tubular steel that acted as a guard against contact with the engine?  It's a useful handle for pulling the machine backwards up slopes too steep to push or over soft ground

I found the folding down chute lid to be useful for extracting stones from smaller piles of brash before chucking them through. 
 

nope I don’t believe the m250 comes with the engine guard.

Have you tried changing the blades yet? I got a spare set when I bought it and the “kit” to change them (which is just the socket to fit the bolts) I have tried everything to get the bolts out, impact driver - both air and 18v battery. Nothing can shift them!

when you say impact driver, do you mean impact wrench? The torque on an impact driver will be less than a good impact wrench. I had issues getting my bolts undone on my wee chipper. Tried heat gun and a lot of welly on the impact driver, didn't budge. Did the impact wrench and it got the toughest bolt out.

That’s a good shout, I’ll see if I can borrow an impact wrench to see if that works with some heat 👍🏻

Yeah impact wrench made all the difference. Drivers don’t have the torque you need for those bolts. Also if the bolt is sheared/rounded you might need to use a bolt extractor bit to get it off. 👍

Good news an impact wrench works - just needs to be a powerful one!
