We have a Vermeer at work. The thing is an absolute beast. Expensive but what it can do is unreal.

I looked into getting either a skid or avant 

Went with skid in end as alot smaller and means I can do things like the below on my own with just one truck and trailer 

It does mash grass if u aren't careful

But if u r careful, it actually does alot less damage than I thought! 

 

The avant 220 or 225 could be worth a look

It can still lift 350kg but is also really compact

How do you get it that side of logs?

Should ask @Stihl123 that, but guess loaded logs on leaving the right gap at the front for opico, ramps onto side rail and up she goes that's what I do

Just put the ramps on the side

Have u got any extra counter weights on yours @htb??

Dropped the skid off on Friday to get some made
