Rental of large saw (and maybe operator) - Potters Bar

Looking for a bit of help.

Just to see if anyone out there is interested in either:

 - renting me a large saw (ideally >42") or

 - coming to site (your day rate  including saw) to help me finish a job ?

The location is near Potters Bar - Hertfordshire.

I've just taken down multiple poles on 2 large Lawson Cyprusses.

What's left is 2 short(ish) trunks/stumps...approx 2.5m tall, 41" diametre.

Need to get the stumps over (roughly just above ground level) and ring them up.

There is plenty of space in a large front drive (enough for my truck to pull them over with a rigging rope).

If it's of interest drop me a line.

You could do that with a with a 24" bar if it came to it .

What saw do you have at the moment? If you have something like a ms261 then you can swap the sprocket for a 3/8 and put a 24" bar with a skip tooth on it. Cut slow. I've cut 30" with the 18" bar on my 261cm without an issue just cut through them and meet in the middle like they taught you on your cs32.

Like others have said u don't need a 41" bar to fell 41 trees.

If u bored the gub u could almost fell it with a 15 or 16" bar althou not ring it.

Are u taking the rings away with u?

Can u lift a 41 ring into ur trailer?

If u have to  split/half the rings anyway u could saw them of the stem in blocks to suit ur bar.

Be slow rhou and plenty saw dust to tidy
