Adding hydraulic ports

I think @Woodworks has a similar machine, perhaps he knows the circuit. In the absence of the circuit diagram all I can think is to have a solenoid controlled diverter that was only enabled when the processor operator allowed. This would stop the conveyor.

Never tinkered with the hydraulics on mine

I dont think I will need the full flow & the conveyor only uses a limited flow.

Which suggests there is  a flow divider or priority valve in the circuit.

I am slightly worried that any valve could stop all flow whilst changing over & cause pump damage if done with engine running.

A very real concern, it normally bursts a hose before damaging the pump. The diverter would have to make the new circuit before breaking the old one, else a pressure relied across the pump.

There would be no pipe.

Eek

I have seen what I think is a flow restrictor. There are lots of valves / diverters for different bits.

With the ram still and chainsaw not running only the conveyor is using flow so using it on a splitter should be the same as using the splitter on the processor.

Not the answer to your question, but you can get a 2nd hand petrol hydraulic power pack starting at a few hundred £, or a diesel for more.

Fair point. I have a pair of 30l/min packs and they were cheap to buy and have been reliable.

I have emailed but no reply.

Dont tend to have much pone time during normal working hours.

I think it was mentioned on this forum that they weren’t that easy to contact. Perhaps at a show (if there is ever one again!) when they’re trying to sell their kit they’re reminded of that?
