you can get 1 x bounceback for each ltd co you have and another if your a sole trader as well. Just saying.

I’m with RBS and they insisted I open a business account before applying (have been using a normal current account for many years without a problem)

four days later I get an email saying because my business in in England rather than Scotland the application was rejected!

Why the f*** didn’t it say that on their website at the beginning?

Total waste of a few days ?

Yes, Santander sent an email that I had to sign, like one of those hand held things that couriers use, scribbled rather than signed.

I got that one. I thought it said there would be a confirmation email when funds would be credited. I might well have read it wrong!

I worried that it was such a good deal, they would realise what they’ve done and quickly retract the offer! So, I applied on Sunday night, at 10.30pm. Took 10 mins, and had money in my bank yesterday. I bank with Barclays.

No -  but an important point is:  you can borrow 25% of your annual turnover. No credit checks, fees to pay etc.
