Marmite is fairly high in B vitamins. With all the TV watching, game playing and booze going on at the moment. The more B vitamins the better otherwise come the end of this the population might be a bunch of walking zombies with square eyes.

Its great on buttered toast. As it is on Cashews and twiglets. :D

Vitamin D is also very important, I aim to make sure she gets plenty of that when Im home. :D

Not a clue. :D But if Im gonna plant tatties at home I always go for the more fancy ones you'd not find in the Stores. Like Strawberry Paw, Magic Molly, Adirondack Blue etc. Just to make it a bit more fun for the kiddies.

Pink fur apple

Maris peer

You can't beat home fried chips done in a pan  loads nicer than chippy ones or oven chips.

Yeah, these are a bit fancy and have good flavour. The estate I have been cutting on grow large amounts of these culinary delights and supply restaurants all over Europe. They had 80,000 seed potatoes delivered yesterday from Scotland.
