A pet hate of mine - putting seats in a commercial because then it isnt a commercial anymore! If you want seats in the back, just buy a normal version. I think if you buy a commercial and put seats in, you have to pay tax on it if it is within a certain time frame.

If its a just bench seat in the back its still a commercial

Yeh but if u want a disco for work, buy as commercial, put the seats in it and u have a 5 seater that's saving u a pretty penny in tax

And yet, when I fitted seat rails from a VW Sharan, so that I could use the 2 otherwise unused seats from the Ford Galaxy, into OUR Steyr Puch Van, I took it down to the DVLA in Coleraine and "fessed up" a woman came out, looked at it in the car park, and happliy taxed it a PLG.

But that was 15+ years ago.
