Old remedy for trap Nerves is to roll round in Nettles .

It sends your muscles and nerves into spasms and retract .....

I have compressed vertebrae in my neck after a quad bike accident in 2007.

So far no major issues from it, but I always know it’s there, Doc said they’ll be consequences in the future but who knows?

I really hate quad bikes as a result though.

Hope things smooth out for you in the near future.
