Don’t know where your based but when I got my forst I went to trident towing and they have loads of hitch locks and wheel clamps in there.

Highly recommend them and they are quite knowledgable.

Slight update on this.

Still need to get to Maidstone to try a couple of decent locks that MAY fit the hitch.

Meanwhile, Von has the same little crappy brass barrel lock on his TW125.

The key snapped in it on a site and he needed to get on.

He punched the pin out by whacking a scrench through it with a chunky spanner.

Took him 15 seconds.

I have a milenco one mark. The key snapped on mine, obvs at the end of what would have been an easy friday. Couldnt smash it off, had to borrow a grinder and cut it off, which was depressingly easy. However it did make alot of noise, and I was able to replace the lock and weld it up again.

You might be better approaching a fabricator and giving him your rig for a morning, having them make something up thats pretty specific (+ possibly universal?!)
Once your happy then put your heads together and get it patented!!!!! Its obviously a niche product or you’d av nailed it by now Mark. Get it galvanised to make it look pretty..... you’ll av nailed it [emoji106] Steve could advertise it for ya too, win win all round. [emoji386][emoji386][emoji386]
