I've got no idea what calories I pull per day, should try and work it out some time.  I'm just shy of 16 stone at moment.

Yo,

Some years ago (whilst working in restaurants) I served French boudin noir, finer and richer than English or Irish black pudding and made with onions and a little cream in the blood mix, in a salad with caramelised apricots, bitter crispy leaves, toasted hazelnuts and matchsticks of green apple.

I also served fried slices of boudin noir with caramelised apples, incredibly rich buttery mashed potatoes (similar to Joel Robuchon's recipe, look it up), and a dribble of demi glace.

I'm not saying you should eat it like either of those ways, but there are pretty tasty.
